Students registering must have one of their thesis supervisor, committee chair, graduate program director or department head email a statement with the student’s full name and the name of the institution attesting that the student is currently a full-time graduate student or post-doctoral fellow. The email should be sent to cohortsandconsortia@cancerboard.ab.ca. It is the applicant’s responsibility to ensure this documentation is submitted by June 1, 2009. Failure to adhere to this deadline may result in registration cancellation according to the guidelines outlined in the Refund Policy.

Poster Abstract Submission

The Cohorts and Consortia 2009 Conference will include poster sessions during which conference delegates will have the opportunity to showcase related research. Learn more.

Refund Policy

Prior to June 1, 2009 a full refund is guaranteed; however a $75 administrative fee will be charged for cancellation. After June 1, no refunds will be given. This applies to all attendees. All cancellation requests must be received in writing to cohortsandconsortia@cancerboard.ab.ca

Payment

Full payment must be received with your registration form. Credit cards that will be accepted are VISA or MasterCard.  Registrations without complete payment will not be processed.  Wire transfers and purchase orders are not accepted.

Badges

Attendees registered will receive their badge and conference materials at the information booth on days one to three of the conference.
